Retail and Wholesale Policy

We are so excited to welcome you into the family as an Andromedical retailer or wholesaler! Below are the Terms and Policies for partnering with us. This Retail and Wholesale Policy is subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are very strong in our Intellectual Property (IP) Rights and we want to protect our interest. That does not mean we are going to be regressive or restrictive, but it is the duty of our retailers and wholesalers to protect the IP of our products. When a retailer or wholesaler infringes our IP, Andromedical has the right to cancel any distribution agreement without compensation.

Territory Protection

We review each new retail applicant on a case-by-case basis. Dumping practices or price reductions disproportionate to official prices are prohibited. Our purpose is to maintain product availability for end users and to avoid cannibalizing sales between retail locations.

Wholesale Prices

A customized price proposal will be made for each retailer and wholesaler based on the volume of purchases.

Minimum Orders

The minimum amount opening orders is 5 units. Your account is not activated for that store until the initial order has been placed for that store.


Andromedical only accepts prepayments of orders, which will be activated when the total amount of the proforma invoice is received. Shipping is in addition to your order total and based on the weight and size of that specific order.

Canceling/Changing Orders

Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

Damage and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If there is any noticeable damage to the shipment, it needs to be noted with the driver/carrier immediately upon delivery before they leave your premises. Andromedical retailer will be responsible for filing their own damage claim with the appropriate carrier.  Do not throw away damaged packaging materials or products as the delivering carrier may want to inspect the damage during the claim process. When reporting a defect in product, photographic proof of the defective product is required.  You can email pictures and a brief description of the issue to


Please allow at least 5-10 days from the time of your order for completion of your shipment. Larger orders may require more time if freight shipping is required.


The Head Office will from time to time send emails to all wholesalers and/or retailers. These may be a newsletter, corporate updates, or promotions. If you do not wish to receive these emails you may unsubscribe at any time. You must keep an active email address, phone number, and mailing address on file with the Andromedical Head Office at all times.
